You can shop with your Disney Gift Card online at DisneyWorld.com, Disneyland.com, shopDisney, DisneyCruiseLine.com and DisneyBeachResorts.com. Use of multiple cards per purchase may not be permitted for certain sites. Please call the redemption location of your choosing for more information.
Can I use my Disney Gift Card at the Disney Outlet stores?
Yes, the Disney Gift Card can be used for purchases at the Disney Outlet stores.
Can I use my Disney Gift Card to purchase Theme Park tickets?
Yes, you can use your Disney Gift Card to purchase theme park tickets at Disney Store locations in the US, Walt Disney World® Resort, and Disneyland® Resort. Availability of Theme Park Tickets varies by Disney Store location. Please check with your local Disney Store for more information.
Can I use my Disney Gift Card to purchase vacation packages?
You can use your Disney Gift Card as a form of payment for Disneyland® Resort vacation packages made by calling the Walt Disney Travel Company California at 1-866-470-5119. You can use your Disney Gift Card as a form of payment for Walt Disney World® Resort vacation packages and room nights by calling the Walt Disney Travel Company Florida at (407) W-DISNEY.
Can I use my Disney Gift Card for Disney on Ice or Disney Theatrical purchases?
Disney on Ice and Disney Theatrical do not accept the Disney Gift Card for purchases.
Can I use my Disney Gift Card at Disney locations outside the U.S.?
Disney Gift Cards can be used for purchases at Disney and Disney Store locations in the U.S.

Yes, Disney Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with other forms of payment.
Can I use the Disney Gift Card at the Walt Disney World® Swan & Dolphin resorts and hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd?
The Disney Gift Card is not redeemable at non-Disney owned hotels such as Walt Disney World® Swan & Dolphin resorts and hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd. with the exception of the owned and operated Disney Merchandise locations that reside within these hotels.
What should I do if my Disney Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Promptly call 1-877-650-4327 to report the card lost or stolen. Your Disney Gift Card will be 'frozen' and funds remaining on the card (at the time of the call) may be transferred onto a new card. An original proof of purchase receipt for the Disney Gift Card is required to transfer the funds onto a new Disney Gift Card.
Can I return something I purchased with my Disney Gift Card?
Most returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please contact the location where the purchase was made for their specific return policy.

The Disney Gift Card is non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Yes, the Disney Gift Card can be used for purchases at the Magic of Disney and Disney's Earport at the Orlando International Airport.
Can I use the Disney Rewards Redemption Card to purchase the Disney Gift Card?
In most instances, the Disney Rewards® Redemption Card can be used to purchase the Disney Gift Card. There are some Disney locations that cannot accept a Disney Rewards® Redemption Card for a Disney Gift Card purchase. It is always a good idea to ask the location before you make a purchase.
Can the remaining balance on my gift card be redeemed for cash?
The Disney Gift Card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Gift card cash-out laws differ in each state.
