Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Personalization Delivery Timeframe
Most personalized items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 3-4 weeks. These windows may be extended during peak periods. Customized items, which include customized t-shirts, fleece, bags, watches, mugs, mousepads, and wall décor, may take longer to ship. Please check individual product detail pages for specific delivery schedules.
Other Exceptions and Restrictions

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than specified. Items ordered together may ship separately. Express Delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays. shopDisney can provide tracking information to initial point of delivery only. Please contact your local USPS or PO Box location or Military mail station for additional tracking information.
The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered. We are unable to ship to a PO Box location for any U.S. Territory or international address. Express Delivery is not available. Who Pays for Duties and Taxes?
Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.
For goods shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the goods and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the goods may not conform to destination country voltage (requiring use of an adapter or converter). You are responsible for assuring the goods can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
