Price Adjustment Policy
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Sale price adjustments will be honored on items purchased from shopDisney that are available at a lower price within 7 days from the shipped date. Price adjustments are not valid on Magical Rush or limited time offers, or shipping charges. Please be advised that shopDisney may sponsor online promotions and events that may not be available in local Disney Stores or at Disney Theme Parks. To request a price adjustment on qualifying purchases, contact our Guest Services team by selecting a contact option at the bottom of this article. Be sure to include your Order Number and Item Number in your request. All sale price adjustments will be provided in the form of a one-time use promotional code. The one-time use promotional code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order placement and may be used on one future order at shopDisney. The one-time use promotional code is only valid for online orders. Sorry, no phone orders.
While prices are typically the same online and In-Store, there are occasions where prices may vary. When this occurs, price matching between online and In-Store is not available. Merchandise purchased at Disney Theme Parks, Resorts or Cruise Lines is not eligible for a shopDisney sale price adjustment.
Your total discount savings are dispersed among all eligible items in your Bag.
We calculate the Promotional discounts on the total dollar amount of the eligible items in your Bag. The actual discount per item will not appear individually, but as a total savings amount.
While we make every effort to ensure that all information displayed on our website is correct, occasionally the image of an item, its description or available quantities may appear different online than the actual item. To continue our commitment of providing you with the best possible service, we will inform you of any known discrepancies when you place your order or as quickly as possible thereafter. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time due to system or typographical error, fraud or other unforeseen problems. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at any time.
When processing multiple orders from the same household and being delivered to the same address, we may combine orders into one package to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Disney Store merchandise purchased from other retailers is subject to the policies of those merchants. Please refer to their websites for further information.
So that everyone may have the opportunity to purchase popular items, we occasionally limit the quantity an individual Guest and/or household may purchase. To identify an individual Guest and/or household, we will consider a number of factors, including but not limited to whether the orders are:
- purchased using the same credit card
- purchased using the same email address
- shipped to the same address
- placed with the same billing address
- purchased using the same phone number
- placed from the same IP and/or mobile device
- purchased from the same shopDisney account
Credit Card / Debit Card Authorizations
Once you place an order at shopDisney, your credit or debit card will be authorized for the approximate amount of your purchase. Your card will not actually be charged until the order is shipped. Although an authorization may prevent additional purchases on your card, authorizations are not billed to your account, and shopDisney does not collect any funds from an authorization. In cases where the authorization remains on your card, please contact your financial institution. The removal process and timelines may vary, and are determined by your bank.
If your order is sent in multiple packages, your actual charges may also be segmented to match each shipment, even with a single authorization.

Disney store Merchandise Purchased Using the Instacart Platform
Prices are as displayed. Disney store items available on the Instacart platform are priced at their full ticketed in-store price. Price adjustments may be made for item substitutions. In-store promotions and sale prices do not apply. Delivery and service fees may be added.
The following Return Policy applies to Disney store items purchased using the Instacart website, Instacart app, or Instacart Purchases. By submitting an order, you are agreeing to the Disney store Return Policy applicable to sales using the Instacart platform.
New Merchandise Only
Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
Merchandise Returns with ORIGINAL INSTACART RECEIPT
Instacart Purchases may be returned for a Disney store Merchandise Credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. Merchandise purchased between November 1st and December 18th will be accepted for returns or exchanges through January 18th. Merchandise purchased after December 18th is subject to the terms stated above.
Merchandise Returns WITHOUT AN INSTACART RECEIPT and Returns MORE THAN 30 DAYS from date of purchase
A Merchandise Credit will be issued in the amount of the current selling price of the merchandise returned. Guests may be required to present one of the following forms of ID as proof of identity: valid driver's license, state issued ID card, passport or military ID. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipts.
Special Products and Exceptions
The following items may not be returned or exchanged: Limited Edition items; Merchandise specifically designated as “online return only”: Personalized items; Special Order items; Disney Theme Park Tickets; Magicbands; Subscriptions, Merchandise sold “As-Is” “No Return or Exchange” or “All Sales final” from a Disney store Location; and shipping and handling fees.
DVD/BluRay, Audio, and Software merchandise must be returned in the original, unopened packaging and be accompanied by the original sales receipt within thirty (30) days of purchase. Damaged or defective DVD/BluRay Audio, and Software merchandise may only be exchanged for the same merchandise and title (if still available).
The Disney Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. A Disney Gift Card that has not been used for any purchase can be returned for the full amount in the original form of payment, providing the original sales receipt is presented. Partial balances cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except as required by law. Additional details are available at DisneyGiftCard.com.
This Return Policy is subject to change, for any or no reason, from time to time in Disney store’s sole discretion without advance notice to its Guests.
You will automatically be charged US $1.25 for a reusable tote. If additional bags are needed to transport your items, you will be charged an additional US $1.25 per reusable tote.
