Can I purchase other merchandise at the same time as a Disney Gift Card eGift?
Yes, as long as your method of payment is not a Disney Gift Card eGift, a Disney Gift Card, a Disney Store Gift Card or a shopDisney Gift Card.
Please Note: When you purchase a Disney Gift Card eGift in the same order as other merchandise, because it requires shipment to more than one address (an email address is considered a separate shipment address), you will not be eligible for Free Shipping promotions.

After you order a Disney Gift Card eGift at shopDisney, we will email the eGift to the recipient email address you provide usually within a business day. Your recipient may use the eGift to purchase just about anything at Disney Stores across the U.S., online at shopDisney, as well as select locations at Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort and Disney Cruise Line®. How do I redeem my Disney Gift Card eGift?
The Disney Gift Card eGift can be used online at shopDisney, as well as select locations at Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort and Disney Cruise Line®. At shopDisney, simply enter the Disney Gift Card eGift number and EAN (extended account number) found in your recipient email into the Gift Card Information box on the payment page. If the total of your purchase exceeds the amount on your Disney Gift Card eGift, you can combine up to 5 Disney Gift Cards and/or a credit card to complete the order.
What if my purchase total is less than the amount of my Disney Gift Card eGift?
Any unused portion will remain on your Disney Gift Card eGift and can be used toward a future purchase.
What if my purchase total is more than the amount of my Disney Gift Card eGift?
You can combine up to 5 Disney Gift Cards and/or a credit card to complete the order.
Can I redeem my Disney Gift Card eGift for cash instead of merchandise?
No, Disney Gift Card eGifts are not returnable or redeemable for cash unless where required by law.
How do I know the balance on my Disney Gift Card eGift?
You may check the unused balance on a Disney Gift Card eGift by visiting disneygiftcard.com/checkbalance and provide your gift card account number and EAN (extended account number) or by calling 1-877-650-4327.
What if I lose my Disney Gift Card eGift?
Lost, stolen or corrupted Disney Gift Card eGifts will not be canceled or replaced without the required proof of purchase. Certain restrictions apply. Can I add money to my current Disney Gift Card eGift?
Yes, the Disney Gift Card eGift can be reloaded just like a physical Disney Gift Card. Reloads can only take place at O&O brick and mortar locations at the parks and Disney stores.
If I return an item purchased with a Disney Gift Card eGift, how will I be refunded?
