Shipping and delivery expectations are unique to each product on shopDisney. The best source of delivery information can be found on the product page.
Here is some shipping information that may be helpful with your order:
- Many orders ship in separate boxes and may arrive on different days
- Most products ship directly from our fulfilment center and generally arrive within 5-7 business days
- Some products may be shipped from the manufacturer and the delivery expectation is found on the product page
- Any personalization or customization adds 1-2 days
Once your tracking number is active (usually 1-2 business days after order is placed) you may TRACK YOUR ORDER.
If you would like to make changes or cancellations to your order, you can fill out a REQUEST FOR RETURN. However, once your order is processing, that may not be possible.
