At shopDisney, we are working hard to bring the joy and magic of Disney products to you in your home. Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 5-7 business days, personalized items within 1-2 weeks. Exceptions include items shipped from locations other than our main warehouse. Please check the Shipping tab on individual product pages for details. Express Delivery is available for an extra charge. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for Express Delivery on personalized items.
Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
